For those of you who know me, know that my husband designs Matchbox diecast cars. This past weekend he previewed the 2019 Matchbox line at the Collectors Convention in Albuquerque, so I can now share that there will be a 1959 Dodge 4 door police car coming out next year! I'm excited about this one

Location: Kansas City, Kansas | I have been begging for a '60 Chrysler/DeSoto for decades. No luck at 1/64th scale. M3 made one, but it is laughably bad. I look forward to getting many copies of this Dodge. |

Location: Los Angeles, CA | UPDATE! I have yet to find one at the store, but I've been told these are showing up in the single pack, 5-pack, and 9-packs where ever Matchbox is sold. Here are some photos of the final model. This is a first production piece from the factory, which is why there are numbers stamped on the roof. The models in the store will not have this number.
