Thanks for the answer. I asked because there is a bigger gap between the seat and the backrest on these. The standard seat backrest are very close to the seat and wouldn't decline even if there was a hinge. In order to make them fully declining backrests (I really miss that) one would have to raise the backrest (or change the pivot location to the rear). Not a big Problem but requires more work and a modification of the center backrest bracket. Actually I'm working on that. A design that does not alter the OE seat covers!

I put a '59 Crown Imperial power swivel seat in my 1957 Chrysler that was equipped with a factory power seat.
Four bolt holes lined up perfectly, and I had to drill four new holes. But the seat physically fit in the car without a problem.
I think you could theoretically swap swivel seats out between a '59 Imperial and '59 Windsor, though they may not mount the same, and may not be exactly the "same size" as you asked. Hope that helps.
