The Germans have a word for that

"Gudunttite"

The French word is

"MonDieuBeaucoupDeTite"

The Swedes say

"VÃĪldigt tight"

In English, that is about 35 to 40 pound feet.

Fortunately, your 1960 Dodge Factory Service Manual is more precise:

40 pound feet
