Car sure looks great Charles! Sonoramic emblems are way cool too. I bought a pair back in 1963 and put them on my 58 Fury.

The registration seems familiar. Is this the same car that I imported and registered for Fred Welch ? I think so.

She's a good car, but you already know that else you would not have purchased. The day I delivered the car to Fred, I remember receiving lots of compliments when I was fueling my truck, near Southampton, at the beginning of the journey. She's really a pretty car.

Dude, this is the Tulsarama section, but great antennas.

Cheryl remembered this one --it was "Riding into Tulsa" composed by Ralph Blane. A 45 rpm record of that was in the time capsule. She tried getting a CD of it before we went to Tulsa, from some local Tulsa people but had no success. She thinks that it was being "protected" because of the unveiling plans, and probably can be found now. Charlie, if you find it, could you let us know? Hope this helps..................MO

I didn't know that you had pseudo-ranch style houses, in La Inglaterra!! (that's a "cottage", tho, huh???

Thought eveybody lived in Row houses, or castles!!!

Somebody should start building "Mid-century" style houses there!!!

A FWDLK'er looks great parked in front of one of THEM!

That is one cool picture of the two cars in the driveway, that could have been anytown USA in the early 60's although I think the cars look a tad shinyer than they would have then.

Are they Ch**y antennas then? I can't tell, but do they mount on a flat surface? I want to get a set of dual rears for my 57 but don't want to pay the 1,200.00 plus for a NOS set. I would like to find something that has a base that looks like yours, mounts on a flat surface, and that I can afford. Where did you get your set?

That's a very strange license plate; modern/current style/colors, but historically obsolete no-longer-available numbers/letters
arrangement.

HAY Charlie --How you doi'n? What is the update on your eye surgery? Clive said you were going to get your oil drained - I think last week?? I went to my Doc today and he is -in his word "exstatic" with my progress-two more lines on the chart and I can drive LEGALLY. Still have 16 stitches that will stay in for a few more weeks. I think others want to know about your eye, so let us know..............................MO
