Have you ever wondered what happened to all those cars from the defunct companies from many years ago? Here at Larz in October, many of them come together for one exciting day dedicated to all those extinct, but never forgotten automobiles. Don’t miss this opportunity to view hundreds of extinct cars, some of which you may have never seen - See more at: http://larzanderson.org/events/lawn-events/2013-lawn-events/extinct...

The qualifying car list has become a lot longer in recent years. Saturn, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Plymouth, even Dodge is extinct now and replaced by Ram.

Dodge? Not yet. Trucks maybe, but they still build Grand Caravans with the Dodge name on them!

Qualifying car list - so that's why there are always neon-lit Plymouth Neons showing up at classic car shows?

I think my DeSoto will pass the qualifications for being "extinct."
