A part number like 1904615 implies 1959 not 1961, so I was not surprised to find this:

They look like the spears for fender "mascara" on a '61 Plymouth, are they for sale?

While researching that part number once I came across some NOS spears listed on eBay that were listed as 59 Chrysler ?. I bought them and they were the same as 61 Plymouth mascara .
Either 59 Chrysler has a same part reused on 61 ply or it was mismarked on eBay

If you look closely at the spears, this is very unlikely, as they have recesses for the aluminum headlight trim and therefore they are different left/right.
I like the spears but not the aluminum plates and found a nice pair of stainless spears from some 50s car I'm going to use.

They definitely aren't correct for '59 or '60 Chrysler. The Chrysler spears have a lot more structure to them than that. It does seem that the '61 Plymouth, on the sides of the headlights is the right application for these.

I have hard time deciding wether or not I like the mascara option or not? I guess it depends on the original color vs the aluminum contrast. On my green fury it had them originally and I will reinstall them. On my black one the front end trim lines stand out more without
