There's a lot to work with there, but a lot of work to do!  I wish it had bumper wings at that price.

A four door Plaza is the only way to go with a 58 Plymouth.

And just throw the entire bucket of paint on the interior. That's how professional cars are done because everyone knows that red on red on red on red is the way to go. You can never get too much red. But these guys really should have painted the whole steering wheel red and anodized the aluminum red to get the perfect effect.

yeah 4000$... 1985 called and they are wanting you back...

seriously these are going, going gone... i see 10 advertisements at all times "wanted to buy 2 door ht 57-58 plymouths".... 12k is a bit of a stretch but i bet it sells for 10k...

want 10k? ask for 12k game.. its not that bad, normal rust areas and it looks complete and the four barrel? and engine/trans is redone.

I know after working on these cars, most of the normal area sheet metal will need replaced on that car like all of these cars that saw any usage.

They all need floor repair, inner outer rockers, trunk and trunk drops/lower quarter patches. Its guaranteed that work needs done. Only a well cared for AZ/NM car will be better.

  In 1985 the owner of that car in that condition would have been tickled pink to land $500.  My guess is that would have been off to the junkyard for a heck of a lot less.  However, that was right after the movie came out, so I could be wrong.  My, times have changed though!  They do seem to be rare as hen's teeth now.

Hmmm....I just found a U.S. inflation calculator and typed in the present value of $500 in 1985 - it comes out to $1,193.12 in 2019 dollars.  I wouldn't be surprised if Mike is right on the money: $10 large!  That would be like paying $4,190 for it back then which I think nobody, but nobody would have done.  That all seems to reflect how unusual it is to see them for sale now.

I'm well aware it's worth more than 4 grand. Apparently humor doesn't translate well online.
