Location: sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA | I don't quite understand this dude's ad. Apparently he's got guys interested in parts, but he'd also sell the whole car. This is a good resto candidate. Why part it? What is that thing in the middle of the dash? Is that a Highway Hi Fi record player? Thi is near Ruidoso, NM. I hope it gets saved.

SteP outside your paradigm and see some other perspectives ....
To many, an old car is just a junk heap, waiting to sponge all one's money
down a black hole.
Others might share that paradigm, but know that there are *fools* who like
these old tubs, and will hand them green rectangles for the chance to do so.
And then there are the fools who see history and nostalgia and sculptural beauty,
and WANT to hand over green rectangles to own such a money pit !
Not everyone is from that last group. In fact, most people are not. You, me
and probably everyone on this forum is a sick puppy with a warped mind !
Everyone else sees an ugly car, an massive expense, or maybe a money ticket
they can flip pver for some fast cash. Remember who the weirdo is in this equation. |

Location: San Antonio, TX | This one was on eBay not long ago. Pretty sure it was listed at $3850. Kinda surprised it didn't sell, but I haven't seen it in person. The eBay listing said the Hi-Fi was just the box, no player. Still seems like a good deal. Seen a lot lot worse go for more. |
