Is the brake drum puller for the original rear drums 64 earlier a special Chrysler only tool?

Lots of cars used tapered rear axles years ago, early Fords, Nashes, Jeeps, and many others.

Blue Point brand [Snap-On] sold a large hub puller that would work on all of them, being a mechanic in the '70's it was a tool I was required to buy, as we worked on lots of older vehicles. I still have and use the one I bought from the tool truck 40 years ago.

Certainly better than using a conventional puller with only 3 arms!

Price isn't shown on that link, but you should contact Les directly for current pricing. His email address and phone numbers are shown. Les told me once that there has only been one time that his puller was returned to him for a refund as having "failed". He suspected it actually worked, but the buyer likely removed the drums, then said it didn't work so he could get his money back. His pullers are super strong.

My brake drum puller has come in handy for pushing rust-seized CV axle splines out of hubs.
