In the USA, the pump and piston are covered under lifetime warranty.  In Canada, the pump, piston and labour to R&R same are covered under lifetime warranty.  I did talk to Chrysler once about this and this is the information they gave me.  I don't have the number but you should be able to look up Chrysler customer service somewhere and track down the right department.

a friend of mine is having a fight with the local Chrysler dealer about his 90 IMP ABS pumps. Are they not under a recall or something like that that they are covered for parts repair as long as the car is in service.If so is there a number or something i can give him to help in show that the brakes are covered.
