I ordered a cover made from a pattern correct for my '66 and asked for mirror pockets.  The cover came without them.  It causes the cover's sides to lift up past the car's rockers and puts unnecessary strain on the seams.
 
Some companies will not deliver the pockets sewn in to the cover, but will ship them separately and leave it up to you to add.
