exhaust leak is probably the manifold gaskets; about $100 each side to
do..A/C..if you want it done right probably 900-1100;have no idea on body
work..point is most buyers would deduct this off asking price so try
1750-2000 and give him 2300 if you really want it..just be prepared to put $
into it and figure that into your total outlay.JMHO...good luck! and if you
get it and it turns out to be a good one call me when you are ready to
sell..love the 2drs...
