Rebuild Build 440 or buy new?

   Since my Imperial caught fire I have considered rebuilding the engine.  I 
was wondering if you thought it would be better to rebuild the original 
engine or just buy a new long block assembly?  I also need an engine wiring 
harness for my 1966 Imperial.  Does anyone know where I can get one?  Also, 
who is the cheapest or best place to get a rebuild kit or long block from?  
Also, where should I buy my front end rebuild kit from.  Thanks.
