fuel display on 80s era

Thanks Bob,
Mine is converted and not by the factory. The guy was Dodge dealer parts guy 
though, so it wasn't exactly backyard either.  It does always read 99.9 
though.  I think he never put the flow meter, but I'm not sure if that would 
work without the conversion dash.
