I've heard directly from the seller that he believes that the quarter panels
have been reworked by a previous owner, so I think that is probably when the
marker lamps were changed. He also points out that he has the missing trim,
and so states in the ad - so I've apologized to him for my remark about
chasing trim parts. I have to learn to read more carefully!
Replacing the pinstripe is not difficult - I've done it on a couple of cars,
and with care it is nearly undetectable.
