66 wing windows

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to adjust the wing windows on a 66
coupe to get rid of the wind noise.  I took out the motors, cleaned them,
replaced the gear and now they don't shut tightly.  Any advice would be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
