Knockout Imp for small dollars - NJ title troubles?

I am a NJ resident and have been all my life. My own experience is that all
cars in NJ have or get a title, even my 64 coupe has a title. Its possible
to get a title for this vehicle if it was registered/titled previously in
NJ.
