IML: BOBSMOPAR hot headlight switch

Bob, sounds like the switch you obtained can't handle the amperage, and could cause fire problems, which you don't need. Many headlight systems run power through a relay to the switch - I am not conversant with how you are set up, but this sounds like a viable option.
