I am not sure if the above is a fact, but it would be positive if it happened. 
People may stop stripping the engines out of running/restorable Imperials for
their toy cars, if the values of the cars goes up.  I 'd rather have to pay an
extra $1,000 for an Imperial over having to buy an engineless car.
