I had Flow Masters put on my '73, but was a little too loud inside the car. I went back to the exhaust dealer (Mufflex), and had them put resonators on behind the mufflers. The car has a nice tone, and plenty of power. Feels like it has 50 more horsepower! Rich Woolf '66 Crown '73 LeBaron '75 LeBaron -----Original Message----- From: Klebert L. When I get exhausts done on an Imperial, I like the least restrictive system I can get without sacrificing much (if any) quietness. I don't mind if you can hear the exhaust note a little when you get into the throttle, but under normal operation silence is key - I generally like to hear the engine and air intake sound more than the exhaust sound. I also go with dual exhausts if at all possible. -Kle. '69 Crown 4DHT ----------------- http://www.imperialclub.com ----------------- This message was sent to you by the Imperial Mailing List.
