Re: IML: '66 Imperial w/ Original Triple Band W.W. Tires!

This one reminds me of the person in Massachusetts that used to buy new Chrysler vehicles every year, many of them Imperials & never drove them. Most very never driven & rusted into the ground or were vandalized. Some of the survivors were advertised in Hemmings a number of years ago. I recall a 59 Imperial with 97 miles on it. I went to see some of the cars & recall a 58 LeBaron with approx 3,000 miles on it & was rusted beyond hope of being saved.
A couple of survivors that I've seen are a 56 Chrysler that someone in Vermont restored & is beautiful. Another is a 62 Imperial convertible belonging to someone in Massachusetts.

WOW! I can really say much more. I wish I would have a chance to buy it.
But Would you drive a car with 701 miles on it?? Atleast if it's 40 years old..?

But would make a great item to my livingroom !! :)

I wonder what's the story behind this one? Why Mrs. Amelia M Brooks
didn't use her car?
