Eric The 413 in your Imperial will pull the trailer with ease. It is not a problem to have a trailer hitch made up for the 65. If the rear springs are letting the rear bumper scrape the drive ways or whatever got to ( http://espo.com/ ) to get it back in place. This is the best way to do it.
