IML: More 60 Brake help- going crazy!

There is an adjustment on the brake master cylinder pushrod. You can see it near where it hooks up to the brake pedal under the dash. If you're sure you've got the brakes bled and adjusted per the FSM instructions, then follow the FSM to adjust the length of the pushrod. You should be able to get a good, firm pedal.
