Pardon me, Rob, but you forgot to qualify your statement about "Most people think..." with "in my opinion". There are evidently sensitive people on the IML, even some who think the 80's Imperials are "Guzzied up Aspens" (fact, not opinion), and not really Imperials at all, or worth mentioning on IML. I think the 80's Imperials are a beautiful evolution of the personal car concept of that era and exemplify sharp, classic lines that are very pleasing to the eye. A bold front end and a classic rear end. Ill timed for the market, like the TC by Maserati that I also own, yes, but nonetheless, now both very affordable classics, in my opinion. My brother Ron and I are creative free thinkers and free spirits. If anyone is offended by our input to the lively art of conversation, as free Americans since 1608 we make no apology. Perhaps our assumption that IML is an open forum was presumptuous, but since that fellow with the 5 inch heels who called those who disagree with him idiots and that is now part of the archives, what is one to think? And he did not even say that was his opinion. "Verily, it maketh a difference who's ox is being gored".
