No the supply hasn't dried up.  This would use the Cardone 20102 which is
about $55 from parts america www.partsamerica.com    It doesn't come with
the reservoir as you had indicated but it does have the pulley and the
reservoir is super easy to swap out.

I have had very good luck with these rebuilt pumps.
