Re: IML: weatherstrips for 1960 Imperial

You know, he has had helpers from time to time but they just don't work out.
I don't think Gary's wish for quality stuff is the culprit, either, from
what I understand after hearing some of the stories from Gary. He does have
Conrad come in and do the paperwork, writing up the orders, etc., He does
have someone come in at night to do packing up orders and someone is there
to cut trunk kit cardboard from patterns. May be the same person who does
the packing. I don't know Gary that well, but I have been up to Kalispell a
few times as a buddy of his has done some work on a few cars for us. So I
get a chance, every now and then, to spend some time with Gary and catching
up on stuff.

Be patient. I read of folks getting frustrated with Gary, but he's all
we've got for so much of the stuff we need for Letter cars and Imperials.
Don't know what we'll do if he decides to wind down.

Thanks for writing
