IML: exhaust stud stripped

Hi All,
Happy 4th Holiday!
Does anybody have some advice on what appears to be a stripped out
exhaust stud hole?
I replaced my manifold gaskets last weekend and encountered one stud that was stripped. I replaced it with one from an Autozone 'Help'
kit, but there doesn't seem to be any meat in the head to tighten it into.
I'm finding a some coolant on the bolt under there.
I picked up a heli coil repair kit and was going to tackle this tomorrow (patriotic, working on my big American car on the 4th of July!)
Is there anything I should be aware of in this task?
any sealers recommended?
Thanks in advance for any guidance
Best to All
