RE: IML: Odometer



It’s probably the small gear for the odometer inside the cluster that is bad.  It’s not serviced as a separate part, os you can either replace the cluster, transplant a good gear into your cluster or find a substitute.  I thought at one time I saw someone on the web offering a fix for this but can’t find it now.

same here with my 91 imoerial I was told that its normal and that you have to replace the whole unit.  let me know if you find out something else.  Tell me also was it @ 125ooo miles as mine stopped there.
