Re: IML: Master cylinder push rod question

Actually, several reasons.  I have replaced the master cylinder in the car and ever since replacement, the brake pedal "sticks" a bit and doesn't return all the way and after lubricating several parts, attempting to remove anything that might be obstructing pedal travel and reading and re reading the FSM, I can't seem to solve the problem.  I have researched some of the archive information on the site and found a reference to a push rod adjustment -- something that I hadn't tried, nor was aware could be done.

 

So, I thought I'd ask...
