IML: 60 radiator and Model "E"

The parts manual shows a standard radiator #1903 356 and an A/C radiator #1903 358.
What is the difference between the two radiators?
What problems might I encounter if I used the 356 with A/C?

Parts manual in A/C sections refers to Model "E" for some parts.
How does a Model "E" differ from a non "E" model?

Tom
