I have been real lucky with my Auto Zone parts store recently. I wait to be waited on by the store manager. He's an old car nut. Guess that helps. He takes the time to search for the right parts. I have batted 100 so far. I'm also lucky with having a Car Quest store that is run by a bunch of old guys like me who know what "BOOKS" are.
