Yes, the "P" indicates a 1960 model year engine and the "41" is simply an abbreviation of 413. The "1-28" indicates a January 28th (1960) engine assembly date. The engine could have out of a Chrysler or an Imperial since the 413 was available in both. If the engine is out of an Imperial and it has the original carb it will be a Carter AFB #2927S. That number is stamped into the front right mounting flange. A Chrysler 413 carb would be AFB #2903S if my book is correct. If you happen to have a 300F engine, well, then you can probably retire early.
