Everyone should go to the 1939 OIC page and check out Jim's car and the
rescue story behind its amazing current condition. In fact, here's the

When you look at what he brought home and what he has now, it is truly
phenomenal. His story from today goes to show that no project car is ever
truly finished. As the old saying goes, "There's always something." It is
also inspirational that no matter how hard it might be to find parts for
your vintage, with the help of the internet and this amazing list, you can
usually find what you need even for a breed as rare and refined as the
Imperial.
Way to go, Jim. The next time you take this beauty out for a drive, be sure
to look in the mirror and give your self a tip of the hat.
Hugh
