| A good way to preserve parts being stored is to spray metal parts with: LPS 3. It leaves a waxy film on the parts which prevents rust. The film can be removed with mineral spirits when the part is to be used. Also avoiding the use of news paper in direct contact with the part is important. Paper can hold moisture. The parts should be stored in cardboard boxes in an area not prone to getting wet. |
