Be sure to insist on mirror pockets, and get confirmation in writing that you have ordered the cover with pockets.  Been there, done that, not happy.  If the place you're talking to doesn't offer them, find a supplier who will.  There are only a handful of actual manufacturers -- most places offering car covers for sale order from the factory or a distributor.  The Noah is a great cover, though.

 

You'll want a cover that does not chafe the paint.  This is especially important when storing your car outdoors, where it will be whipped by the wind.  Don't bother with the lock, as anybody who wants your car can just cut around the cable.
