Pete,

Who is the rebuilder local to Philly?  Is it Cardone?  I have heard mixed 
reviews on Cardone rebuilds and somebody on this list or the MML claimed a 
relationship to the ownership and wasn't too fond of their rebuilds.  Just 
wondering, NY isn't that far away.
