You'll be lucky to ever find a listing for a belt for
a 1960 Imperial with alternator and no A/C.  It was
only installed on a handful of cars that year.  Most
had generators.  

However, since all 1961 Imperials had alternators,  it
is probably safe to assume the belts would
interchange.  Perhaps your parts person could check
that year.

If he has no luck, here are some listing for Dayco
belts.

Dayco #15560 is the listing for the alternator belt. 
It is 29/64" x 58"

Power steering belt is Dayco #17435.  It is 17/32" x
43.5"
