IML: ac/heat controls--91 Imp.

Went for fuel today and had the ac/heat on with the fan at about 3 bars on my 91 Imperial..Shut off the engine and refueled got back in started the motor now the control unit has every light lit on it with no air coming out of any of the vents. Is the control unit shot? Very strange...Thanks Jeff
