Yes.
 
Use a Sears Battery Maintainer. It is perfect for cars that are used occasionally. It is a 1 to 1.5 amp charger with an electronic switch that shuts off when the battery is fully charged. It turns on as required and keeps the battery fully charged without overcharging. Everytime you use the vehicle you leave your garage with a fully charged battery. It costs about $30.
