Hi Whit,

I also have an 81 Coupe with only 18,000 original miles.  I bought it cheap 
because it still had the FI and would not run.  After playing with it for 6 
weeks I dumped the FI and put an Edelbrock Performer intake and 600 cfm carb 
and an electronic distributor in.  Now it runs great and only has 18,000 
miles.  Interior is like new and outside has only a few chips.  Great 
running and great ride.  Mine is dark blue with beige leather interior.
