There is a page on the website that names (and describes) the different levels of monetary participation. It also lists who has participated over the years by catagory.

Hi Kenyon...forgot to ask this in the last email I sent to you, but its probably
not a bad idea to throw this out in front of the whwole IMl.....The fact that
the IML does NOT ask for dues (that i ever was aware of) and all the
time/effort/man-hours/knowledge/etc etc etc that goes into making a site so
stuffed with technical info and photos/images/diagrams make me wonder how adn to
whom, I could send a few bucks to help offset the cost of maintaining this great
site?
I know that the servers and associated computers have to cost $$$ not to mention
the cost to maintain the site itself!? Please feel free to email me directly
with a name/address:
