RE: IML: 1967 Imperial Steering

I do not know if that particular steering wheel is keyed. I have worked on 
cars where they were not keyed and you could do that. But most front end 
shops will adjust the steering wheel center for you as the last step of an 
alignment.They do that by differentially adjusting the tie rods. Any front 
end shop should know this.
