If there is a circuit breaker, then it should reset, and the wipers would function again until it gets hot and once again trips the breaker.

For your information, my switch is a new one (NOS) bought from Atlas
Obsolete Chrylser Parts.
However, I have read in the FSM that this switch comes with a circuit
breaker??

Where is it then, and could this be the problem?
