Dan,
You have a couple of ways to do this. If you are using Outlook Express or
Outlook, and you have IML in your address book, you can click on
Properties and then click on the Tab that says "Name". At the bottom left
is a box to check that say something like, "Send messages only in plain
text". If you check that box all your messages to IML will be in plain
text and you can send all your others however you like. The other option
is to deal with it on a case by case basis and click on "Format" at the
top of the email you are writing and select plain text instead of HTML.

Subject: Re: IML: e-mail settings
I was told I am e-mailing in HTML. This e-mail is sent the same way I have
always sent them. Does it have fancy background and is it in HTML? If so,
could someone please instruct me as how to check my settings so I can
conform with the group?
Thank you,
Dan Collins
