I found them through PartsVoice at a dealer in Phoenix for $114 plus shipping - this was about 4 years ago. They had a bunch of them - I bought two of them at that time (both are in my cars now - not for sale!) These are more recently manufactured units with much improved plastics - they don't seem to fail the way the original ones did. If you find one on eBay, watch out for the original ones with the white plastic parts that snap off when they get old. The newer ones have a reddish plastic which is really tough. If they are in the original MOPAR boxes, they will have the date of manufacture on the boxes - the ones I bought were made in the late 80s.
