YES!  This is total scam.  This same car was on eBay about a week ago.  Same deal but then the car was for sale in Ohio.  He has changed his email address, though the last one was a gmail account also.  When I emailed the guy and said I would drive up and buy the car, he told me it was not really in Ohio but in California.  Then when I told him I would fly to California and buy the car, the communication stopped.  My guess is that there is no car and that the "seller" is somewhere in Nigeria.
