If everything else has been removed first, the bumper will fall on your
feet when you take those out. BE CAREFUL!

Yup. You have to go in through the holes in the rear body
cross-structure below the trunk lip and extract the two bolts there. I
recommend returning the frame-extension bolts at least aprtway, before
you pull these. The bumper is MIGHTY heavy.
