I read the article and it was a story about the Peruvian Government auctioning 2 cars at a live auction on February 26th at 10:00 to the highest bidder. The cars were used by government dignitaries during the 1970's. It mentions terms of sale and that there were no warranties.
Too bad there was no advance notice, although the story was published a week before the auction.
