They have these for sale on e-bay occasionally, but before they have been pressed to fit the top of the cleaner. Basically a flat piece of aluminium with the correct Imperial logo. I picked one up a couple of years ago for about $10. It would probably be pretty tough to bend / form it to make it look OEM, but not impossible.

The logo on the insert that came with my 69 is still legible, but it does not look very good.

Does anyone have a good air cleaner insert laying around they are willing to part with?  The 68 Lebaron I recently picked up needs one.  The one I have now looks like it has been scrubbed with a Brillo pad one too many times.  It?s just a blank aluminum insert sitting on top of the air cleaner.  I?m trying to find one that still says Imperial on it.
