Another great place to get replacement bulbs is www.bulbs.com 

Every bulb for my 67 and 68 (except for the cornering lamps) was obtained
through this site.  The cornering lamps are considered 'projector bulbs' and
I got those through www.etsusa.org

    The 1034 is still available - I went into the NAPA for some for my '67 
Polara, and they had them on the shelf. They could get more, too.
